Question ActiveSync 4.5 in Windows Server 2003 SP2

Hi,
We are developing an application for a Windows Mobile device running WM 5.0. I want to transfer data files from this mobile device to a server machine running Windows Server 2003 SP2. Can ActiveSync 4.5 be installed in Windows Server 2003 with SP2 already installed? When I goto the download page for ActiveSync 4.5, the Supported Operating Systems doesn't have Windows Server 2003 SP2 listed but SP1 is there?

Since I don't have the device in my hand I am not able to test the connection. Are there any known problems with ActiveSync and Windows Server 2003 SP2?
