There are several phone profile programs that you can look at. I currently use
PhoneWeaver. There is also SPB Phone, phoneAlarm and PocketZenPhone. I know that PhoneWeaver doesn't have auto answer yet (it is very high on the developer wish list and I think you will see this soon) and I am not sure if all of the others have it or not already.
