Ok...here is what you have to do for HARD-SPL. Connect your PPC to your usb drive, run the program, start the update, you'll get the screen with the red, blue, green and white. When it says USB on the white part, disconnect your usb plug, plug it right back in, right click on your PC on the active sync icon, and go to connection settings, and disable usb connections. I don't know how it works, but it did for me. __________________
