everytime when I have that problem, I usually just do a soft reset and it should work.
if not, maybe you have to try to sync it yourself, instead of having the computer automatically does it for you.
what OS are you running on your computer? and what's the error messages. (how old is the computer also)
it could also be a messed up usb jack too. |
