Ateksoft has a program that will save you some dollars if you were thinking of purchasing a webcam for your computer. If you don't need a webcam, you can also use your phone as a microphone too. The release that Ateksoft has done is a major upgrade for its current version.

The difference between the version 2.0 and the 1.0.51 is that the 2.0 can capture audio, share stream between several programs simultaneously and capable of using it as a wireless microphone.
You can use your device through any connections! Ther are choices like USB Active Sync, WiFi, Bluetooth, 3G... etc. You can also use the device in many programs, such as Skype, Windows Live Messenger.
