my second 8125 did that. The 1st 8125 came with a viruse so like ya'll I thought the problem was software or a bunk battery....WRONG. Check the charger port. Mine broke loose & is rattiling around inside the phone. Also, good luck taking it apart! Beleive me when I say ''Just throw the p.o.s as hard & as far as you can''
