Again, thanks very much for all of your help--I'm sure you have better things to do.
I did use the setup CD to attempt uninstall/reinstall of Activesynch, but couldn't find a way to uninstall. The "top" option of the HP Setup CD (Setup and Installation) is greyed out and inactive. Not sure why that would be, though I was able to Uninstall Activesynch when Office 2003 was on board.
I then called HP tech support and when I mentioned Office 2007, the Tech said that the iPAQ 110 does not support Office 2007.
If true, I'm at a loss for where to go next with this unit except back to the store.
