That really depends upon your needs. I am partial to PhoneWeaver and Pocket Breeze (
SBSH Mobile Software - Making smaller bigger), but you may not have any use for one or both. After that is iLauncher (also SBSH) followed by either
SK Tools or
MemMaid (I have both).
