OK this is yet going to be another cut and paste from xda-developer.com
I get alot of PM's on certain subjects and I try to answer them I point to direct threads to follow but I know that some larger forums can be a little overwelming. So I will do my best to cut and paste the nessisary information to do the upgrades and leave out the opinions.
If you have any questions please keep them in this thread, I will do my best to answer anyquestions you may have. Not only does this work on the 8525 but a host of other phones.
I cannot offer support on any other phone as I am limited to what I have on hand. If you are interested in touchflo on your 8125 please check out my other post.
This is the original thread if you have any opions please post there as this is for direction and guidance.

I am updating this thread to show the procedures I used to install the app:
1. install flashlite2, you can find the cab file from

2. install cubelauncher, you can find the cab file from
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...61&postcount=3
3. install V2, you can find the zip file from
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...8&postcount=91
unzip this file v2_real.zip and copy them to: /Prgram Files/Szabi/CubeLauncher/
This file will remove the "demo" on the main page and "contact" page.
4. install Cube_real_edited.zip, you can find the zip file from

unzip this file Cube_real_edited.zip and copy them to: /Prgram Files/Szabi/CubeLauncher/
This file solved the slow refresh problem.
5. Simple flash program to start the cube (I haven't tried it yet):

6. The background file bg.jpg can be changed. See this post

This is what I did,
1. install Szabi CubeLauncherICON.cab onto your device
2. install NETCFv2.wm.armv4i.cab onto your storage card
3. unzip Cube_real_edited.zip and copy them to: /Prgram Files/Szabi/CubeLauncher/ (make sure you hit yes to replace all)
4. now you go into the Cube_Config (under /Prgram Files/Szabi/CubeLauncher) and uncheck main screen. Exit and hit yes, no, and no.
5. install efrost's FTouchFlo (alpha 4)
6. under FTouchFloConfig, set
DownUpApp:/Program Files/Adobe/flashlite/saplaywm.exe
DownUpAppCmdLine:/Program Files/Szabi/CubeLauncher/Cube2.swf
* If FlashLite is installed onto the storage card then use,
DownUpApp:/Storage Card/Program Files/Adobe/flashlite/saplaywm.exe
That's it. I just followed the steps and it works.
Don't have efrostminimize on at all. It will not work right or at all.

P.S. Also when your in
Cube_Config, you change the icons and programs. Make sure you hit yes, no, and no, or the icons will look funny
