To install most .exe files, connect your device to your desktop PC and establish an ActiveSync session. Run the .exe file on the desktop host and the installation to your device will take place over the ActiveSync conduit.
A .cab file you can download directly to your device or copy it over from a desktop PC. To run that installation, just use your device's file explorer to find it and run it to carry out the installation. |
