I did the same thing. I just called customer service and said that the home page showed it fro $99 and the upgrade price was $199 and asked how I get the $99 price. The guy put me on hold for a couple of minutes and came back saying that he'd put a notation on my account to credit my account $100 when I called to activate it. My bill isn't $100 a month, so it will take two or three months to get my money back, but I can live with that. |
