The first thing to look at is what you have in PPC memory as opposed to a storage card (if program space is what you are talking about). Unlike Palm, programs that have alarms and run in the background can be run from a card. The only things I keep in device memory are my Today screen stuff - helps them load up faster. I run FizzWeather from a card - and I have it update itself every several hours.
