I must have something wrong with my settings. In MDC the 8525 shows it's updating 551 contacts and blows right through the first two hundred. Then it really bogs down. After about a half hour it then says it's updating 251 contacts and plods through each one. Then finally it says it's updating 330 contacts and crawls through those. I don't know where the extra contacts are coming from and why it shows three different populations. I'm going to try to work on it this weekend. So far though, I'm not impressed. |
Just FYI....I found that once I did a full reboot of my 8525 (hold both soft buttons + reset button) and started out from scratch---the sync went MUCH faster (about 1-2 minutes once connected) and seems to work better now...
Now to start installing my apps again and see how long it takes b4 it crunches to a halt :P
