When assigning your mp3 as ringtone, I assume you're doing a tap and hold on the file and selecting 'set as ringtone'. Strange that it doesn't work.
But for putting mp3 files on your device memory, it doesn't go in the application data folder. It goes in the Device/Windows/Rings directory. Hope this helps! |
