Ah, kind of a bummer... 15 views and no help on such a simple task.
I was able to find out how to access the voicemail through Cingular's support Forum.
For those in the future, if you're as "thick" as I have been with this process, you only need to hold down the "1" key in the phone to access your voicemail. (I assume this is specific to Cingular's service only... Tmobile and the like are probably different....)
So, I'm all set in that aspect now and I've made my first tiny contribution to the board...
How about those software recommendations?
I got rid of the today screen display for spb this morning... couldn't seem to get the icons small enough to the point where there isn't a scroll bar on the front screen. I'd prefer all the information to just be there instead of having to scroll for it.
Also, I'm using Yahoo's POP3 service and think i read a post after searching a few days ago.... It doesn't self update to alert you when you receive a new email? Absolutely have to hit Send/Receive yourself in order to retrieve new mail?
If that's the case...I'm pretty bummed I paid $20 for a year of the upgraded service when I could've just accessed my free account on the web under pretty much the same circumstances...  |
