Can you just clarify what you need to get out of the device you buy? You talk about voice dial, blackberry's are an ok phone but they were designed from the ground up as email and PIM devices. Just list what you are after and from the experience I have and from the feedback I get from users I will offer my advice. The 8525 as far as I am am aware (haven't looked at the specs to closely) is the upgrade from the Qtek 9100 with 3G. Now the feedback I got from that (9100) was that nice little device, keyboard is ok but has to be used two handed and using the phone with the soft keys is tricky unless you have very small fingers, so unless you setup your voicedials you would have problems using it on the move. Go find one in a shop and just try and navigate one handed, it just doesn't work very well.

PS BB we have is a couple of 8707v's on loan from vodafone and I am just about to get a Nokia E61 to trial so I will let you know about that one as well.
