HX4700 - Windows Mobile 2003 SE - Logitech Bluetooth Headset

First off I'm going to apoligize for my sucky search ability as I'm sure someone has asked the same question I'm about to.

I've got an HP HX4700 with Windows Mobille 2003 SE, just reflashed the ROM and Firmware (1.10) to get a nice clean slate to work on. I've been trying to get a pair of Logitech Bluetooth Headsets to work. With the headsets on, and in the "search mode" they don't show up under the BT Manager when I search for "Hands-free/Heaset Setup". If I search for All Devices, they show up as BT-Headset, but I'm unable to pair. I've tried the option to Explore a Bluetooth Device and it says no services are available on BT-Headset.

Jumping back a little, I upgraded to Windows Mobile 5 last night and was able to get them paired and working with another option under the BT Manager that slips my mind right now. However it was sluggish (slow menu loading/slow app loading/sluggish in general) on the handheld so I went back to 2003. So I know it works, just not sure how to get it to work under 2003.

Now, two questions because I would liket to know both answers so I could make up my mind on which to go with.

Is it possible to get the Logitech Bluetooth Headsets paired with the HX4700 under Windows Mobile 2003 SE?

Under Windows Mobile 5, what can I do to increase performance on the HX4700?

Again, sorry in advance but I would appreciate any and all help.

Best,
Chad
