I don't have a K-JAM, but on a couple of other devices I have had what seemed to be a refusal to charge. Try taking the battery out for a couple of minutes and then reinsert it, making sure it is properly seated. I'm not sure but I think that the circuit in some lithium batteries that protect from overcharging get 'stuck' for lack of a better term. It is also possible that the battery needs to be replaced. But try removing and reinserting it before looking at replacements. |
