ok so i called cingular today, they said that they have heard of this problem before. because i reported my problem within 30 days of me getting my phone, i can take it back to the store where i got it and the HAVE to give me a new one. after the 30 days i have to go through cingular warranty claims and you end up getting a refurb'd one.. fyi everyone out there! |
