Welcome to Pocket PC Addict Asofakinghigh! For your 8125 device .mp3 will also work for ringtones... however only .wav could be used for alerts/notification sounds. Also I'm not sure if you've already done this, but i suggest cutting down the songs for ringtones to 30 seconds or so at 32-96Kbps for bitrate, this will allow you to save room for more ringtones say if you wanted to specify ringtones for different callers.
