Unfortunately Microsoft's Official Theme Generator is a bit old for its time... so no it's not compatible with Windows Mobile 5.0, that is, if you are wanting to upload the theme directly using the program. I'd try
ThemeMaker McDeb as it will work with Windows Mobile 5.0 however, I'd also look at their
Windows Mobile 5.0 FAQ before getting started.
