Thanks for your help. I do have a follow-up question based upon your below quote.
"Your best bet is to remove this connection altogether by going to Start>Settings>Connections Tab>Connections>Manage Existing Connections> and tap and hold down on the connection and deleting it. Make sure you really want to do this or you will have to get this information again if you want to connect to MediaNet."
If I use the delete function you note above, what is the reinstall process? Most likely I'll not want to do a reinstall but should I what do I do?
