My question to you also is why do you want to removed the Mobile Office on you device even though that your main for it is for games and reading ebooks?
The answer is i dont think you can removed or uninstall Mobile Word, Excel, Notes if that is what you want. This is part of the OS that is is the ROM of your pocket pc.
Besides you need this like when installing a new application or games you might need a program to read the instructions or manual for it.
