What you should see is two versions of achieve it under remove programs when you go to start> settings and choose remove programs. You would remove the one furthest down the list. I had recommended that people uninstall the old version before installing this one because some of the people who were testing this version reported the same behavior.
Worst case, you have an orphan to shortcut which can be removed by following the procedures here:
