Need help pairing my VKB with iPAQ 2755

I have the VKB and it is awesome looking but can't get it to bluetooth pair with my iPAQ 2755.
Any help would be appreciated. The unit charges, turns on, and is located just fine by my PDA but I can't get it to actually pair.
