I tried it and couldnt get anywhere with it. I produced a nero digital mp4 file from a dvd that i own and got it down to about 100mb
When i tried to play it on the PPC i was getting like 1 frame a second.
It is an Orange SPVM2000 which has a 400mhz processor and is one of the fastest PPC available i think at the moment.
What exactly can i expect to get performance wise? Nero's blurb seems to imply you can watch good quality nero digital video. Do I need to do anything special in the encode. You seem to have had some success. |
