Hi Brad----Went to you'r tutorial on ActiveSync very informative but raises more questions
!. What exactley is a hard reset & how do you do it? On a PC you would format the drive etc
2. I do not have the option /ck off box in active sync to sync Address/Contacts, Calender,Notes & Tasks. How do I get these options?
3. Does one have to have outlook in order to get this done?
