I have an Axim X50v on order and stuck in pre-production hell. However, every time I call or do a customer service chat they give me some sort of appeasement item. All I wanted was expediting my order to get it moving and so far they have given me a $35 coupon, a $150 discount, free next day shipping and a 2 mp digital camera(not as good as it sounds but its free, next day shipping included) but still no movement on the Axim. Soon, I hope, but if not, four or five more expedite requests and I won't have to do any Christmas shopping. If it doesn't speed up at all I get it Dec. 2. |
