One of the hottest high tech adventures going on these days is called Geocaching. If you haven't heard of this new fun trend then here's a brief description. Basically, there is a worldwide group of other "GeoCachers" who will hike into the nether-reaches of parks, recreational lands and remote locations and will leave an item (toy, book, tool, etc) in a waterproof container. Then they will use their GPS unit to get the coordinates of the newly placed "Geocache". Then the Geocacher posts those coordinates to
Geocache.com or a similar site where other explorers can go and look for the Geocache

! The Geocacher who finds the item must replace the item they take with a new item (Used McDonalds Filet-O-Fish wrappers don't count cheapskates!)

The maker of Gpxsonar for Pocket PC has released a
V1.2 Beta that you can go grab if you use your Pocket PC for Geocaching. This latest version has 3 bugfixes and about 2 dozen enhancements.

I know a few of you have mentioned Geocaching as being your hobbies. Whats your best Geocaching story? Will you be using this software?
