Cathy, it's just a guess but here's what I'd do.
I'd soft reset my pocket pc, then shut down all running programs including the launcher app. I'd dock my PPC and let it sync and backup. Hopefully since no processes were running you'd get past the sticky spot.
Then I'd try to disable the automatic backup. |
