After you backup and you do a Hard reset..do you have to reinstall all of your applications again?
I do not backup on a regular basis but I do Hard Reset more often than most people....I count on Outlook to keep a hold my important information and the only thing I do is reinstall all of the applications but if backing up means I don't have to do that then I should be smacking my forehead.
