This case may help resolve an important issue in the new spam laws - who has jurisdiction? The jurisdiction where the spam originates? is sent from (relayed)? or sent to? I can live in California, create my mail and lists here but actually send the mail off a relay server in another country - to people anywhere in the world. Where did I commit my crime?
