I don't want to appear macabre but what’s a 'home invasion robbery' :? was it carried out by some terrorist/armed group or was it what be ‘Brits’ call an aggravated burglary? E.g.
Some twat breaks in to your home, you see/catch ‘em. They pull out a knife and stab you 47 times.
We had a case over hear where a fella named Tony Martin who after being burgled three for four times I one year (or something like that) finally caught two burglar’s red handed in his farm house. So he shot one of them (killed him) and wounded the other. The one that survived sued him for damages and aggravated assault, which was on top of Tony getting some thing like 3 years in prison for man slaughter.
It’s a strange world be live in eh!
