Piel Frama has an excellent case for the e800. They are a top notch case maker- I had two for my e755 (with and without extended battery). I highly recommend them. I just wish they made one for the extended battery as I never take mine off.
As far as I can tell NO ONE makes a case for the e800 with extended battery.
