That someone is actually listening to the purchasers of handheld/pocketpc devices?
I remember AGES! ago reading about a device that IBM were working, and I found the prototype picture below (sorry can't remember which website linked to it!) 8-) .

For me this is SO the way forward with PDA's 8-) 8-) 8-) . I tried the converged device thingine (Jornada 928 WDA - PocketPC and phone) but it sucked on so many levels
e.g. cheek grease on the display, poor battery time, pathetic voice quality when making/receiving a call and finally I really didn't feel happly walking around with £500 worth of equipment (as I needed my phone and couldn't afford a seperate mobile as well - kinda defeats the object!
) on a Friday while partying :P .
But to have the power of a laptop in my pocket, that can be attached and used as a regular PC
- Woohoo! bring that baby home to daddy.
