It took me a little while to find but this is what I posted on another site back on the 1st of July (info from HP USA). I notice now that all these have August 20 as the date - I wonder why?

Anyone that has bought a 2200 the last couple of days should go to HP to download a ton of customer advisories.
-screen may turn solid white after normal reset
-may require a Normal Reset to power-on the device
-may incorrectly display notification LED
-Pressing application button on iPAQ Pocket PC h2200 Series may not launch the program
-Inactive Bluetooth connection will be terminated on the iPAQ Pocket PC h2200 Series
-Help file missing for Bluetooth Personal Network Server on iPAQ Pocket PC h2200 Series
HP seem to be blaming Microsoft, in these advisories, for most of the problems, I think it really is HP's for not testing properly- the 2200 has just been released, what do you think ?
